Traditional IT has been good at service delivery; but what any company really needs is the strategic role, strength &  power of Information technology in bringing a Digital and Agile transformation for the organisation's operations & business process.

With innovative approaches to creating value-centers instead of cost-centers and utilizing latest technologies such as cloud, digital transformation, social and big data; IT has always been the frontrunner of transformation in an organisation.

As IT driven processes are a reflection of the personality and values of a business; in order to support & empower the business functions, it always needs to focus on the language & interests of the audience to get the right information across to the right people at the right time.

I have been working with CRIF D&B since 2016. I was earlier responsible for data and operations and currently responsible for building the payment behavior portal with invoice data which will help in making the credit decisions. I love the challenge thrown to me in convincing entities to participate in this program even though it's free? I am proud because we achieved the target of getting 100k experiences in the payment behavior portal. What I enjoy about the work culture at CRIF D&B is the trust in giving you a project, the freedom to work on the same and the required support to make it a success…

I joined CRIF D&B in 2018 as a Legal Advisor responsible for all legal matters related to CRIF D&B business in the Middle East. I love my job because it gives me a work-life balance. I am surrounded by very helpful colleagues. I’m most proud of my work in my recent case against one contractor who breached the contract with CRIF D&B. I had the chance to file a case against him before the court. CRIF D&B is a great place to learn and grow. I like the teamwork environment.

I have been working with CRIF D&B since 2015, I am the HR Manager here. I totally enjoy my role and what makes it so interesting is dealing with dynamic people.
Furthermore, there is a scope for continuous learning and finding innovative solutions on how to make things better whether its talent management, employee engagement or any other facet of HR to align with the strategic goals of the company.
I had an enriching experience of being recently involved in the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and also participating in an internal operations project. It gave me an opportunity to work alongside fellow colleagues from different departments, understand the problem at hand, and conduct a deep dive to follow the steps involved in operations and work together to reach the end goal of the project.
​What I like about working with CRIF D&B is the openness, it is quite easy to approach employees at various levels in the company and the entrepreneurial spirit I have seen consistently across the company not only in the Dubai office but also across CRIF Group.
