The Website is operated by CRIF Gulf DWC LLC | Dun & Bradstreet, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with office at 1501, 15th floor, 48 Burj Gate, Downtown Burj Khalifa, PO Box 72478, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“CRIF Gulf”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, submitting information to, or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
These Terms are intended primarily for business and corporate users. If any mandatory provisions of applicable law grant rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited, those rights shall remain unaffected.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 Definitions
“Advisory Outputs” means all reports, scorecards, dashboards, opinions, insights, analyses, assessments, forecasts, research outputs, recommendations, presentations, methodologies, models, ratings, screening results, and other work product made available by or on behalf of CRIF Gulf through the Website or otherwise in connection with the Services.
“Affiliate” means, in relation to a party, any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with that party.
“Customer” means any corporate entity, organisation, or other business customer that engages or seeks to engage CRIF Gulf for Services.
“Confidential Information” means any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other, whether in oral, written, visual, digital, machine-readable, or any other form, including contractual, technical, commercial, financial, operational, strategic, or proprietary information, and any non-public Information or Advisory Outputs.
“Content” means all text, graphics, interfaces, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, layouts, documents, reports, databases, downloads, tools, and other materials available on or through the Website.
“Cookie Policy” means the cookie policy published on the Website, as amended from time to time.
“Information” means any business information, data, report, rating, score, research, analytics, diagram, representation, machine-readable output, documentation, advisory output, or other content or material supplied by or on behalf of CRIF Gulf in any form, whether through the Website or under a Service Document.
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

“Service Document” means any Order Form, quotation, proposal, statement of work, purchase order acceptance, service schedule, annexure, subscription form, implementation document, or other written commercial agreement entered into between CRIF Gulf and a customer in relation to any Services.
“Services” means the consultancy, advisory, analytics, data, information, business intelligence, risk management, sales and marketing, onboarding, research, screening, model-driven, API-based, and related business solutions made available by CRIF Gulf through the Website or otherwise.
“Shipping & Delivery Policy” means the shipping and delivery policy published on the Website, as amended from time to time.
“User”, “you”, or “your” means any person or entity accessing or using the Website.
“Website” means https://dnbuae.com and all associated webpages, portals, forms, dashboards, tools, and related online features made available by CRIF Gulf.
“Website Policies” means the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and any other website policy published by CRIF Gulf from time to time.
1.2 Interpretation
Unless the context requires otherwise: a. headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation; b. words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; c. references to a “person” include natural persons, corporations, partnerships, governmental authorities, and other legal entities; d. the words “including”, “includes”, and “in particular” mean “including without limitation”; and e. references to any law include that law as amended, modified, replaced, supplemented, or re-enacted from time to time.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Binding Effect
By accessing or using the Website, submitting an enquiry, completing a form, downloading Content, requesting information about the Services, registering for access, or otherwise interacting with the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms together with any relevant Website Policies.
2.2 Authority
If you access or use the Website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case references to “you” shall include that entity.
2.3 Acknowledgements

3.3 Subject-Matter Application

4. Separate Service Documents and Order of Precedence
4.1 Website Terms vs Contracted Services
These Terms govern access to and use of the Website generally. Any products, subscriptions, reports, information services, advisory services, analytics services, project services, onboarding services, API access, screening services, data solutions, or other Services ordered from CRIF Gulf shall additionally be governed by the applicable Service Document.
4.2 Order of Precedence
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between: a. these Terms; b. any Website Policy; and c. any Service Document, the following order of precedence shall apply in relation to the relevant Services: 1. the Service Document; 2. the relevant Website Policy addressing the specific subject matter; and 3. these Terms.
4.3 Service Document Subject Matter
Service Documents may include service-specific terms relating to scope, pricing, payment, delivery, implementation, activation, functionality, support, usage rights, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, processor appointment, subcontracting, term, renewal, termination, liability, and dispute resolution.
5. Scope and Nature of Services
5.1 Nature of Services
CRIF Gulf provides business-to-business information, data, analytics, research, consultancy, and advisory services, including in the areas of risk management, sales and marketing solutions, onboarding and screening, business information, research and advisory, and related digital solutions.
5.2 Intangible and Digital Nature
All products and Services made available through the Website are intangible and digital in nature. CRIF Gulf does not sell, dispatch, or deliver physical goods, and no physical shipment is undertaken unless expressly stated otherwise in a Service Document.
5.3 Consultative and Informational Nature
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed Service Document, all Services, Content, Information, and Advisory Outputs are consultative, analytical, informational, and support-oriented in nature only.
5.4 Availability and No Guarantee of Results
Certain Information, data fields, data points, outputs, and features may only be provided when available and may depend on source availability, law, geography, compliance constraints, third-party inputs, customer inputs, technical feasibility, or service package. CRIF Gulf does not warrant or guarantee that the Website, Services, Information, or Advisory Outputs will produce any particular legal, financial, strategic, operational, commercial, compliance, or business outcome.
6. No Professional Reliance Disclaimer
6.1 Independent Business Judgment
You acknowledge and agree that every commercial, credit, operational, compliance, market, customer, supplier, investment, onboarding, or transaction decision involves the assumption of risk. CRIF Gulf, by making the Website, Services, Information, or Advisory Outputs available, does not and cannot underwrite, assume, transfer, or insure your business risk in any manner.
6.2 No Recommendation or Endorsement
The availability of any data, score, report, rating, assessment, research, watchlist result, benchmark, business profile, or other output does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, approval, instruction, or guarantee by CRIF Gulf to enter into any transaction, extend credit, pursue any investment, engage any counterparty, appoint any supplier, or follow any course of action.
6.3 No Substitute for Regulated Professional Advice
Except to the extent expressly agreed in a signed Service Document, the Website, Services, Information, and Advisory Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, audit, insurance, employment, regulatory, or other regulated professional advice.
6.4 No Fiduciary or Advisory Mandate
No fiduciary relationship, agency, partnership, mandate, trustee relationship, or equivalent heightened duty is created by your access to or use of the Website, your receipt of Information, or any pre-contract discussions. A formal professional or commercial engagement only arises where expressly documented in a Service Document.
6.5 Verification Obligation

7. User Obligations
7.1 Accuracy of Information Provided by You
You represent and warrant that all information, documentation, instructions, approvals, Personal Data, and other materials submitted by or on behalf of you through the Website are accurate, complete, lawful, not misleading, and updated as necessary.
7.2 Lawful Use
You shall use the Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, anti-bribery requirements, cyber and information-security obligations, marketing rules, and data protection requirements.
7.3 Prohibited Conduct
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: a. use the Website or any Information for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, harmful, abusive, or misleading purposes; b. interfere with, disable, damage, disrupt, or compromise the Website, systems, servers, or connected networks; c. introduce malware, malicious code, ransomware, spyware, Trojan code, viruses, or other harmful materials; d. scrape, crawl, spider, mirror, mine, frame, systematically extract, harvest, or collect data or Content from the Website by automated or manual means without prior written consent; e. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, database logic, models, methodologies, or underlying technology of the Website or any Services except as permitted by mandatory law; f. use the Website, Content, or Information to build or train any competing database, analytics offering, AI model, machine-learning tool, product, or service; g. access or attempt to access any account, user credentials, data, environment, or system for which you are not authorised; h. impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation; or i. bypass, disable, manipulate, or interfere with any privacy controls, cookie controls, access restrictions, credentials, security functions, or user preference tools.
7.4 Personal Data Submitted by You
If you submit Personal Data through the Website, you represent that you are authorised to provide such data, that the submission and contemplated processing are lawful, and that doing so will not violate any applicable law, contractual restriction, or third-party right.
7.5 Credentials and Access Security
Where credentials or access rights are issued to you, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activities conducted under such credentials. You must notify CRIF Gulf promptly of any unauthorised access, suspected compromise, or misuse.
8. Internal Use Restrictions and Use Limitations
8.1 Internal Business Use Only
Unless expressly authorised in writing by CRIF Gulf, all Information, Content, Services, and Advisory Outputs are provided solely for your internal lawful business use.
8.2 No Third-Party Benefit or Advice
You shall not use the Information, Content, Services, or Advisory Outputs: a. for the use or benefit of any third party; b. to provide advice, recommendations, or outputs to third parties; c. as part of any bureau, outsourcing, platform, managed service, or resale offering; or d. in any way that permits any third party to access, extract, or rely on them.
8.3 Restrictions on Public and Promotional Use
Unless expressly authorised in writing by CRIF Gulf, you shall not use any ratings, reports, assessments, data, research outputs, screen results, or similar Information: a. in advertising, media releases, public marketing, public investor communications, or public promotional materials; b. to induce investors or subscribers in relation to securities or capital-market offerings; or c. in any manner that misrepresents the scope, purpose, meaning, limitations, or source of the relevant Information.
8.4 API and Technical Access
Any API, access key, token, credential, integration, or machine-based access made available through the Website or under a Service Document must be kept confidential and used strictly within the scope authorised by CRIF Gulf. Systematic or excessive access, including by bots or spiders, is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Ownership
The Website, Content, Information, Services, Advisory Outputs, and all associated copyrights, database rights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets, models, methodologies, analytics, know-how, interfaces, software, and other intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of CRIF Gulf and/or its licensors.
9.2 Proprietary Nature of Information
You acknowledge that the Information and Advisory Outputs may include proprietary compilations, confidential methodologies, trade secrets, licensed content, curated data structures, and materials developed at substantial effort, skill, time, and expense.
9.3 Restrictions
Except to the extent expressly permitted in writing by CRIF Gulf, you shall not copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, reverse engineer, republish, upload, transmit, display, distribute, disseminate, sell, license, commercialise, create derivative works from, repackage, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website, Content, Information, Services, or Advisory Outputs.
9.4 Marks and Branding
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and branding displayed on the Website are owned by CRIF Gulf, Dun & Bradstreet, CRIF group entities, and/or their licensors, and no right or licence is granted to use them except as expressly permitted in writing.
9.5 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, enhancements, recommendations, comments, or other feedback regarding the Website or Services, you grant CRIF Gulf a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, incorporate, and exploit such feedback without restriction or compensation.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Confidential Treatment
You shall hold in strict confidence and shall not reproduce, disclose, publish, reveal, transmit, transfer, or make accessible, in whole or in part, any non-public Information, Advisory Outputs, credentials, methodologies, or Confidential Information except as required by law or as expressly authorised in writing by CRIF Gulf.
11. Service Delivery and Activation
11.1 Electronic Fulfilment
Any Services, reports, outputs, credentials, subscriptions, or other deliverables made available through the Website are provided electronically unless expressly stated otherwise.
11.2 Separate Delivery Policy
Delivery, activation, fulfilment, access, and related service-availability matters shall be governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy published separately on the Website, unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable Service Document.
11.3 Indicative Timeframes
Any estimated timeframes shown on the Website or in communications are indicative only unless expressly stated otherwise in a Service Document.
12. Fees, Billing, Refunds, and Cancellations
12.1 Fees and Billing
Access to certain Services, reports, subscriptions, tools, data products, and other offerings may be subject to fees, billing terms, taxes, payment conditions, and other commercial terms as stated on the Website, in the applicable Service Document, or in any invoice, quotation, or order confirmation issued by CRIF Gulf.

12.3 Service Document Terms
Where a Service Document applies, that Service Document shall govern the relevant commercial arrangements, including pricing, invoicing, payment timing, taxes, subscription usage, cancellation, and refund eligibility.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
13.1 “As Is” / "As Available"
The Website, Content, Information, Services, and Advisory Outputs are provided on an “as is”, “as available”, and “with all faults” basis.
13.2 Nature of Sources
You acknowledge that Information and related data may be collected from a variety of sources, including public records, official filings, third-party data providers, open and proprietary databases, customer-provided inputs, and model-driven or automated processing.
13.3 No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRIF Gulf disclaims all representations, warranties, conditions, and undertakings of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation as to: a. availability; b. merchantability; c. fitness for a particular purpose;d. title; e. non-infringement; f. accuracy; g. completeness; h. currency; i. correctness; j. reliability; k. timeliness; l. uninterrupted operation; m. error-free operation; n. security; and o. suitability for your intended business, legal, commercial, or operational objective.
13.4 No Duty to Update
Unless expressly agreed in writing, CRIF Gulf has no obligation to update, refresh, amend, or reissue any Information, Content, or Advisory Output after its delivery or publication.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 No Assumption of Business Risk
You acknowledge that CRIF Gulf does not assume, underwrite, or accept any of your business, credit, investment, market, customer, supplier, or transaction risk.
14.2 Reliance and Decision-Making at Your Risk
CRIF Gulf shall not be liable for any act, omission, transaction, extension of credit, refusal of credit, onboarding decision, market decision, pricing decision, supplier appointment, customer engagement, strategic action, compliance step, business action, or business outcome made or omitted by you or any third party in reliance on the Website, Content, Information, Services, or Advisory Outputs.
14.3 Excluded Categories of Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CRIF Gulf and its Affiliates, licensors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, data suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for any: a. indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss or damage; b. loss of profits; c. loss of revenue; d. loss of business; e. loss of opportunity; f. loss of anticipated savings; g. loss of data or corruption of data; h. loss of goodwill or reputation; i. wasted management time; j. business interruption; or k. loss of business projects, contracts, or transactions.
14.4 Delays and Technical Issues
Without limitation to the foregoing, CRIF Gulf shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or non-performance arising from third-party dependencies, regulatory or compliance verifications, internet or telecommunications issues, hosting or cloud issues, outages, technical disruptions, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or your failure to provide required information, instructions, approvals, or cooperation.
14.5 Aggregate Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CRIF Gulf’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, and any Information, Content, Services, or Advisory Outputs made available through the Website shall not exceed: a. where the claim relates to paid Services, 100% of the fees paid or payable by the relevant customer to CRIF Gulf for the relevant products or Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or b. where no such fees were paid, zero.
14.6 Non-Excludable Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
15.1 Indemnity
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CRIF Gulf, its Affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: a. your breach of these Terms or any applicable Service Document; b. your misuse of the Website, Content, Information, Services, or Advisory Outputs; c. your unlawful, negligent, misleading, fraudulent, or wilfully improper acts or omissions; d. your violation of any third-party right or applicable law; e. any data, information, or material supplied by you that is inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, or misleading; or f. any third-party claim arising from your decisions, communications, processing activities, marketing activities, business actions, or reliance placed on the Information or Services.
16. Third-Party Links, Sources, and Technologies

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, maps, platforms, content, tools, embedded media, products, services, and information sources for convenience only.
16.2 No Endorsement or Responsibility
CRIF Gulf does not control, endorse, approve, monitor, warrant, or accept responsibility for any third-party websites, content, products, services, data sources, or technologies, or for their legality, availability, quality, security, or performance.
16.3 Third-Party Data and Embedded Tools
Where the Website or Services incorporate, rely on, or interact with third-party data providers, analytics tools, embedded content, cloud tools, public registries, API feeds, or other third-party technologies, CRIF Gulf shall not be responsible for errors, delays, omissions, changes, interruptions, or defects originating from those third-party inputs or systems.
17. Data Protection and Privacy
17.1 Separate Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website is subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, each published separately on the Website.
17.2 Website-Related Processing
For Website-related processing described in the Privacy Policy, CRIF Gulf will process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
17.3 Service-Related Processing
Where personal data is provided by or on behalf of a customer in connection with contracted Services under a Service Document, the parties’ respective data-protection roles, responsibilities, and processing arrangements shall be governed by the relevant Service Document and any applicable annexure or data-processing terms, which shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
18. Cookies and Similar Technologies
18.1 Separate Cookie Policy
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy published separately on the Website.
18.2 Cookie Acknowledgement
By continuing to use the Website, you acknowledge that cookies and similar technologies may be used in accordance with the Cookie Policy and any cookie preference mechanisms made available on the Website.
19. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
19.1 Suspension Rights
CRIF Gulf may, without liability and with or without notice, suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to all or part of the Website or any relevant Service where it reasonably considers that: a. you have breached these Terms or any Service Document; b. your use poses a legal, regulatory, compliance, operational, security, reputational, or technical risk; c. maintenance, repair, update, migration, or emergency action is required; d. suspension is necessary to protect CRIF Gulf, its systems, users, licensors, customers, or third-party providers; or e. suspension is necessary to comply with law, regulation, sanctions, court order, or the instruction of a competent authority.
19.2 Service-Specific Termination
Any service-specific term, renewal, non-cancellation, auto-renewal, early-termination restriction, or return/destruction obligation contained in a Service Document shall govern the relevant Services.
19.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination or expiry of your right to use the Website or any Services: a. your rights of access and use shall cease; b. you shall cease using any non-public Information, Content, or Advisory Outputs; and c. where requested by CRIF Gulf or required by a Service Document, you shall return or destroy Confidential Information and any copies in your possession or control.
19.4 Survival
Any provisions which by their nature should survive termination, including relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, payment, indemnity, disclaimers, limitations of liability, data protection, governing law, and dispute resolution, shall survive termination.
20. Force Majeure
20.1 Force Majeure
CRIF Gulf shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, failure, error, or non-performance caused directly or indirectly by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, flood, fire, power outage, telecommunications failure, internet outage, cyber incident, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour dispute, governmental act, sanctions, embargo, interruption of transport or utilities, failure of third-party suppliers, cloud or data-source outages, or any other force majeure event.
21. Amendments and Updates
21.1 Amendments
CRIF Gulf may modify, update, amend, replace, or restate these Terms and any Website Policy at any time in its discretion. Updated Terms or policies shall become effective when posted on the Website or otherwise notified to you, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of revised Terms or policies constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms or policies.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
22.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
22.2 Website-Only Disputes
Unless a Service Document provides otherwise, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and general Website use.
22.3 Service Document Disputes
Any paid or contracted Services provided under a Service Document shall be governed by the dispute-resolution, jurisdiction, arbitration, or court provisions stated in that Service Document, including where applicable exclusive jurisdiction clauses or small-claims procedures.
22.4 Interim Relief
Nothing in these Terms prevents CRIF Gulf from seeking urgent interim, injunctive, protective, or conservatory relief from any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
23. Miscellaneous
23.1 Entire Agreement for Website Use
These Terms, together with any relevant Website Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and CRIF Gulf concerning your general use of the Website, except to the extent supplemented or superseded by a Service Document.
23.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
23.3 No Waiver
No failure or delay by CRIF Gulf in exercising any right, remedy, or power shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right, remedy, or power.
23.4 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, charge, subcontract, delegate, or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without CRIF Gulf’s prior written consent. CRIF Gulf may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any Affiliate or in connection with a corporate reorganisation, restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of business.
23.5 No Third-Party Rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce them.
23.6 Relationship of the Parties
